CMIG Property joined hands with leading Singapore enterprise to co-build economic & trade industrial park

On October 27, 2015, CMIG Property Co., Ltd (“China Mingsheng Property”), a platform for integrated development of property management under China Mingsheng Investment Group (“CMIG”), signed agreement of strategic cooperation with Boustead Projects Limited (“Boustead Projects”) in Singapore, aiming to together develop economic and trade cooperation industrial parks in Asia region. Mr. Goh Chok Tong, Singapore Emeritus Senior Minister and former Prime Minister, Mr. Li Huaizhen, President of CMIG, Mr. Wong Fong Fui, Chairman and President of Boustead Group, Ms Wang Hui, Chairman and President of China Mingsheng Property Co., Ltd, Dr Tan Khee Giap, Director of the Asia Competitiveness Institute of the National University of Singapore, and others attended the agreement-signing ceremony. The signing of agreement this time signals CMIG is continuing steps to further implement the state government’s “One Belt One Road” strategy, guide private capital to “Walk out” while introducing advanced management experience of international industrial parks.

After the agreement-signing ceremony, Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong held in-depth talks, Chairman of CMIG introduced CMIG’s overall info and overseas strategic deployment, as well as CMIG’s Second Conference of CMIG Global Expert Advisory Board scheduled to open in Singapore to Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong.

Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong highly praised CMIG’s overseas investment model. He said, “CMIG is a representative of Chinese private enterprises, I feel very optimistic about the development prospects of CMIG overseas projects.”

Senior Minister Goh learned detailed info about CMIG’s setup of industrial park in Indonesia, setup of talent cultivation fund, and unfolding of social supporting investment projects, he considered that through investment in overseas infrastructure, CMIG effectively boosts local economic development, and benefits local residents; while propelling local economic development, Chinese enterprises will receive benefits for themselves, and ultimately fulfil win-win development.

Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong wished the Second Conference of CMIG Global Expert Advisory Board to be held successfully in Singapore, and said he is glad to offer constructive advices for CMIG development, in the future he might become a member of CMIG Global Expert Advisory Board.
