With over 50 aircraft under management, we cover all mainstream business aircraft models. Across each of these service areas we pride ourselves on delivering to our customers an enjoyable, hassle-free, high-value experience.In addition we can provide the full spectrum of services for the purchase and sale of both new and used aircraft, including professional support and expert financial consulting. Together with our sister company Luxaviation, we also offer a range of business jet charter services.
BAA operates from 12 bases in Mainland China, offering both convenience and accessibility. Headquartered in Shenzhen, our other bases are located in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Chengdu, Tianjin, Hangzhou, Chongqing, Kunming, Taipei, Xiamen and Macau. Upon landing at any BAA base, a customer’s aircraft will receive comprehensive and meticulous service from our staff.
Flight safety is always our priority. To ensure the absolute safety of each flight, we have a rigorous pilot selection and evaluation system. Every pilot who joins BAA is subject to a strict selection process to ensure that they meet the highest levels of professionalism that BAA demands.
Safety is also reliant on crew stability and we pay particular attention to this. Each aircraft is equipped with a team of dedicated flight crew so that clients are greeted by familiar crewmembers that have a good understanding of their needs and preferences, and can provide them with atop-quality, thoughtful and comfortable service. Similarly each aircraft is allocated a dedicated customer service contact who is able to provide support on a 24/7 basis for all aircraft-related issues such as flight reservations and schedule changes.
All our flight attendants have extensive experience of working in business aircraft and the first-class cabins of commercial airlines. They also receive professional training in food hygiene and etiquette to deliver to our passengers the best in-flight experience possible, ensuring that clients enjoy a select menu of food and beverages that has been tailored to their dining preferences.
BAA has air carrier certificates issued by the civil aviation authorities of China, the USA, the Cayman Islands and Aruba is qualified to manage aircraft registered in any of these four countries. If a customer wishes to change the registration of an aircraft, BAA can also make the arrangements with ease.
BAA has a large maintenance team of more than 100 experienced engineers, mechanics and aviation materials engineers responsible for routine inspections (pre-flight, post-flight and weekly inspections), troubleshooting, regular services, and system updates and upgrades. Our maintenance team are also responsible for keeping the aircraft clean to ensure the aircraft is well maintained. In addition to regular repair and maintenance, BAA has a quick-response team on call to respond to and solve aircraft problems or AOG issues.
