By keeping a foothold in domestic market, relying on Hong Kong market and covering Asian market, CMIG Asia integrates and circulates cross-market resources, supports the development of the “Belt and Road” and pushes forward the industrial upgrade and real economy development.

With China Minsheng Financial Holding Corporation Limited (0245.HK) (hereinafter referred to as ‘CM Financial’), a subsidiary of CMIG Asia listed in Hong Kong, as its main service carrier, CMIG Asia organizes and makes full use of resources in domestic and overseas markets, and leverages the interlocking functions of the ‘introduction policy’ and ‘globalization policy’, to assist clients in deploying assets in diversified markets, thereby increasing the value of capital and creating value for its clients and shareholders.

Established with registered capital of RMB 10 billion in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone in August 2014, CMIG Asia was formerly known as Minsheng (Shanghai) Asset Management Co., Ltd.
