CMIG International Financial Leasing to jointly build cloud computing data center with Huawei and Phicomm Communication

On August 17, CMIG International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd (“CMIG International Financial Leasing”), Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd (“Huawei”), and Shanghai Phicomm Communication Co. Ltd (“Phicomm Communication”) together signed three-party agreement for strategic cooperation at Shenzhen Huawei base, joined hands to build cloud computing data center.

He Min, Vice President of CMIG International Financial Leasing, He Bo, Vice President of Huawei Network Energy Product Division, He Yonggao, President of Cloud Computing Business Division of Phicomm Communication, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies; Wang Rong, Chairman of CMIG International Financial Leasing, Hou Jinlong, Huawei Vice President and President of the Network Energy Product Line, and Gu Guoping, CEO of Phicomm Communication, witnessed the ceremony.

According to the agreement, CMIG International Financial Leasing will provide integrated financial solutions covering financing & leasing, industrial investment fund, and supply chain financing, Huawei will bring out its product and technological advantages in telecommunication equipment and informatization fields, Phicomm Communication will contribute its expertise in cloud computing service, data center construction and operation experience, the three sides will team up to unfold all-round three dimensional cooperation, fulfill complementation of advantages, mutual benefits and reciprocity, and joint development.
