China's economy is exerting profound influence on the economic development of Asia and the world. At present, both China and Indonesia has drafted bilateral development trade policies, in the hope that China's economy can drive the growth of Indonesian economy. In an active response to China's "One Belt One Road" strategy, CMIG decided to lead leading private companies in competitive industries of China to go global in groups, and construct the CMIG Indonesian Industrial Park.

CMIG's Indonesian Industrial Park is a platform that not only integrates outstanding enterprises and capital, but also provides labor and talent resources to promote the economic growth of both countries. It facilitates the overall connection between both countries in capital, enterprise, management, market, talent, industrial chain, etc. CMIG will play multiple roles, such as the capital supporter, law advisor, talent provider, and government relations handler to serve Chinese companies, and support their development in Indonesia.

As an old Chinese saying goes: one who wants to do a good job must first sharpen his tool. The "One Belt One Road" Talent Cultivation Foundation mainly trains two types of talents: The first type is senior management staffers. By cooperating with relevant parties in Indonesia, outstanding business administrative staffers will be selected and sent to high level management colleges and universities in China, Europe and the US to receive training sponsored by CMIG every year, so as to provide Chinese companies stationed in the CMIG Indonesia Industrial Park with senior management talents in market, operation, sales, finance, etc. The second type is skilled technical workers. By cooperating with leading technical training schools in China and Indonesia, CMIGwill launch the CMIG industrial technical training class to train large amount of skilled workers for the Chinese companies in the CMIG Indonesia Industrial Park, promoting the implementation of China's "One Belt One Road" strategy in Indonesia.

"Social and economic development not only require investments, but also advanced management experiences and high quality professionals. By training senior management talents and skilled technical works, the foundation will help Chinese companies overcome cultural conflicts while they are going global, and achieve localized management of talents," said Chairman of the Board of CMIG.

"we should not only make plans to develop the company from the business and investment respect, but also take talent cultivation as one of the supporting measures for the CMIG Indonesian Industrial Park, so as to maintain long-term social development and build up CMIG's development advantage in Indonesia. We should truly implement the "One Belt One Road" policy, closely combine the company's strategy with that of the nation, and maintain high level of consistency in the value of the company and the society."

Suryo Bambang Sulisto, President of Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry highly recognized CMIG's strategic vision and talent training program. He said that "Indonesia welcomes CMIG as an envoy of China's 'One Belt One Road" initiative. Indonesia is a very populous country. In order to become a major economy, its top priority is cultivating talents. Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry cooperates with more than 3,000 universities, and will spare no efforts in supporting CMIG's Indonesian Talent Cultivation Foundation."
