On the morning of March 9, the Trade Association of Shanghai Property Management signed agreement of strategic cooperation with CM Youjia Property Investment Co., Ltd, in the future both sides will unfold in-depth cooperation in two aspects of collection of property growth fund, and promotion of community vertical projects, jointly propel transition and upgrading of the property management industry, aiming to let common people receive faster and more diversified property services with higher quality and greater guarantee.
Jointly initiated and founded by China Mingsheng Property and leading enterprises in property industry across the country, with a view to obtaining response from more small and medium sized property enterprises, the property growth fund introduced this time by CM Youjia Property Investment Co., Ltd is the first private equity investment fund in the nation invested by a property enterprise with the focus placed on property value added service field. it is not only a bond for uniting property enterprises, but also a bridge connecting community vertical service projects, it can help bring out advantages of property enterprises, gather commercial resources in communities, create scale effect, and provide the “soil” of community resources to outstanding community vertical service projects, enable property enterprises, community vertical service projects, and community residents to each take what it needs, and achieve win-win for multiple parties.
It has been learned that, the investment directions of property growth fund is mainly oriented toward community Internet and O2O vertical service enterprises, dominated by Series A and Series B fund-raising; projects passing initial audit which align with community features and residents needs will enter communities in cooperation with the fund to start pilot test, after a process of selecting the superior and eliminating the inferior, those projects welcomed and praised by community residents will further obtain fund investment and more support of community resources.
