CMIG Leasing Signed Cooperation with CCAERA and Beijing Red Cross 999

On August 25, 2016, CMIG International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd (“CMIG International Financial Leasing “) attended the China (Shenyang) Civil Aviation Emergency Rescue Conference in response to invitation, and signed three-party agreement of strategic cooperation with China Civil Aviation Emergency Rescue Alliance (“CCAERA”) and Beijing Red Cross 999 Emergency Rescue Center (“999”). Tang Min, President of CMIG International Financial Leasing, signed the agreement, and delivered keynote speech “CMIG International Financial Leasing ‘5300 Program’ boosts CCAERA system construction” at the Conference.

This agreement aims to, through approaches such as equity direct investment, debt financing support, and industrial fund cooperation, invest about RMB 10 billion yuan in nationwide medical rescue aircraft, supporting system facilities, aviation emergency rescue hospital, and emergency rescue related industry fields in about 5 years, in order to build China’s emergency aviation rescue platform, and promote structural adjustment and industry transition & upgrading.

The signing of the agreement intends to establish three-party long term strategic partnership relationship, urge all sides to take part in aviation medical rescue at higher level and in broader scope, jointly create China’s aviation emergency rescue system. CMIG International Financial Leasing will bring out its advantages in capital platform, market resources, and equipment introduction aspects, “CCAERA” will provide resource integration, industrial planning support, “999” will offer assistance in standard compilation, system management, and technology team aspects, the three sides will fully converge cohesion, help mutual construction for mutual benefit, comprehensively enhance the standard of intensive and large-scale operation in the industry, in order to boost the development of China’s emergency aviation rescue.

Before signing the agreement, the ”China Civil Aviation Emergency Rescue Alliance” held inauguration ceremony. Jointly initiated and founded by the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association of China (AOPA-China), China Society of Emergency Management, China Association for Disaster & Emergency Rescue Medicine and the Insurance Association of China, CCAERA is a non-profit non-independent legal person national organization, dedicated to compiling China’s civil aviation emergency rescue service standard in line with international practice, in order to better and faster construct civil aviation rescue system and call interlink mechanism covering the whole nation, and perform social responsibilities as mid-air “120” and mid-air “999” emergency service.

China (Shenyang) Civil Aviation Emergency Rescue Conference was jointly hosted by Shenyang Municipal People’s Government, Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association of China, China Society of Emergency Management, China Association for Disaster & Emergency Rescue Medicine, and the Insurance Association of China; CMIG International Financial Leasing and 999 are specially invited co-organizer units.
