CMIG Home-based Aged Care is Awarded the “Best Pension Investment Institution” Prize
On January 7, 2017, the 1st “Global Summit of Pension Industry” jointly sponsored by Global Times and Life Times was held in Beijing. China Minsheng Investment Group Home-based Aged Care Co., Ltd. (CMIG Home-based Aged Care), a subsidiary of CMIG dealing in home-based aged care business was awarded the “Best Pension Investment Institution” Prize. Ms. Wang Mengbing, the General Manager of CMIG Home-based Aged Care attended this summit, who shared the characteristic investment ideas and innovative business models of this company here.

During her speech for the summit, General Manager Wang noted that, the business model of CMIG Home-based Aged Care refers to the method of creating a one-stop comprehensive open asset-light platform by investments, M & A, and cooperation. This platform gathers various advantaged resources, featuring state-wide standardized and chain service systems. Meantime, driven by data, this platform is based in communities with finance as the business tool, and products and services as the business core.
Ms. Wang said that, those CMIG Home-based Aged Care is a latecomer in this industry, with its proprietary area as wide as 350 million square meters as well as CMIG’s resources in funds and technologies, this company also features certain late-mover advantages. She hoped to introduce more normal enterprises into its industry, so that CMIG Home-based Aged Care will function as an incubator for the pension industry.
Home-based aged care, new energy, and industrialized building represent the three characteristic industries in CMIG’s line of business. CMIG’s efforts in home-based aged care aims to popularize the level-based diagnosis and treatment system, and then spread inclusive healthcare and pension services into communities.
