At the launching ceremony, CMIG announced the official initiation of “Empathy Formula” public welfare action, incorporating the public welfare cause into pivotal corporate strategies and encouraging more of its employees to dedicate to public welfare and help others with their expertise and action.
With the focus on the aged care, poverty relief, health, and community services, a host of public welfare actions of “Empathy Formula” have been rolled out, where each and every employee of CMIG is allowed to make contributions to those in need by virtue of their specialties and skills.
Kevin E. Lee, Executive Vice Chairman of CMIG Board of Directors, said that, hopefully, our enterprise can not only do its part in public welfare industry, but also encourage every of its employees to do so with their professional knowledge and skills. By launching the “Empathy Formula” action, we put in place a mechanism for public welfare, where employees can participate in this cause more easily, and incubate their innovative projects for public welfare, thus stirring their zeal for giving back to society.
